Role Overview:

We are seeking an experienced Quality Assurance Engineer to enhance our software quality through both manual and automated testing. As a critical member of our team, you will identify, document, and resolve bugs and glitches, ensuring our products, applications, and systems operate flawlessly.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and Analyze: Understand product architecture by reviewing and analyzing system specifications.
• Collaborate and Strategize: Work with the development team to devise effective strategies and detailed test plans.
• Execute and Analyze: Perform test cases (both manual and automated) and analyze results to ensure high software quality.
• Code Assessment: Assess product code against specifications to ensure alignment with quality standards.
• Documentation: Maintain comprehensive logs documenting testing phases and defects.
• Bug Reporting: Report bugs and errors to development teams and assist in problem resolution.
• Post-release Testing: Conduct post-release/post-implementation testing to ensure software stability.
• Cross-functional Collaboration: Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams throughout the software development lifecycle to advocate for high-quality outputs.
• Mobile and Web App Testing: Test both mobile and web applications to ensure comprehensive quality coverage.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Quality Assurance Engineer with a strong background in both manual and automated software testing.
• Familiarity with automation testing tools and frameworks such as Selenium, TestComplete, etc.
• Experience in project management, QA methodology, and Agile frameworks.
• Strong ability to document and troubleshoot errors effectively.
• Proficiency with test management software like qTest, Zephyr, and working knowledge of SQL.
• Excellent communication skills with a keen eye for detail.
• Analytical mind, problem-solving aptitude, and strong organizational abilities.
• BSc/BA in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field; a deep understanding of the software testing lifecycle is crucial.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?500,000.00 - ?1,000,000.00 per year
