Job Description

Quality Assurance Lead will be responsible for overseeing the entire quality aspect
at the site. Quality control at site Inputs / outputs inspection & records, ensuring
production is as per ISO norms. The QA Lead interprets the requirements
documentation and technical discussion to develop a concurrent test project that will
verify adherence to the QA process.
Responsibilities and Duties
? Checking of all inward materials both physically and by laboratory analysis to
ensure overall compliance to agreed specification in order to maintain the Quality of
the products.
? Responsible for monitoring and controlling process from raw materials to final
products at various stages until packed.
? Analysis of RM in-process and final products.
? Preparing and reviewing of Quality manual.
? Issuing of line Clearance at every step of Batch Manufacturing.
? Manage the quality activities to timely delivery of products with quality standards
? Implementation/practice/monitor of HACCP, GMP and GHP in the production area.
? Preparation of SOP's and work instruction procedure.
? CCP and OPRP monitoring (Critical Control Points and Operational Prerequisite
Programs)
? Overall responsibilities of independently handling the QC operations.
? Conducting the Training Programs for employees, pertaining to quality
implementation, Personal hygiene& compliance on Food Safety and HACCP
? Monitor In house and Plant Hygiene.Required Experience, Skills and Qualifications
5 - 7 years working in Quality in Food Processing Company
Qualification: Any degree or Master degree (Microbiology)
