As a member of our Quality Assurance team, your goal is to ensure that our applications work as they should and meet customers\' needs. To accomplish this, you\'ll join one of our high-performing QA teams. You\'ll draw on your testing knowledge and creativity to automate test capabilities and design test and maintenance procedures. You\'ll also tap our existing test frameworks to tackle specific problems. We take a collaborative approach to quality, which means you\'ll work with experienced developers, managers and business partners across the organization. You\'ll receive coaching, mentorship, and continuous feedback to help you become an even better technologist and professional.

This role requires a wide variety of strengths and capabilities, including:

  • Hands-on experience of implementing and maintaining Automated Tests using Cucumber, Selenium as part of continuous integration.
  • Execution of Automated regression testing to ensure the stability resiliency and performance of the overall system before each release.
  • Execution of repeatable QA / Acceptance Test / Functional as well as non-functional tests.
  • Comfortable in both Manual QA and Automation activities.
  • Ability to work independently with limited supervision.
  • Has knowledge of usability, regression, integration, and exploratory testing.
  • Reviewing and elaborating stakeholder requirements such that Acceptance Criteria are precise.
  • Ability to collaborate with high-performing teams and individuals throughout the firm to accomplish common goals.
  • Experience working in Agile environment, participating in sprint planning, backlog refinement and retrospective ceremonies.
  • Demonstrable track record in Non-Functional testing, including performance, disaster, and recovery.
  • Estimate, prioritize, plan, and coordinate testing activities.
  • Track quality assurance metrics, like defect densities and open defect counts.
  • Perform regular review of test coverage for AD teams.
  • Collaborate with teams in multiple regions and time zones.
  • Participate in scrum team stand-ups, code reviews and other ceremonies, contribute to task completion and blocker resolution within your team\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Identify and implement continuous improvement opportunities, to improve delivery flow across product and technology\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Overall knowledge of the Software Development Life Cycle\xe2\x80\x8b.
  • Solid understanding of Agile methodologies such as CI/CD, Applicant Resiliency and Security\xe2\x80\x8b
  • Be ready to learn new technologies and open to work in non functional testing as well.
