WHAT YOU\xe2\x80\x99LL DO As a Quality Assurance Associate Primary responsibility is to support the SimpleBills Invoice Processing service by performing general duties including but not limited to quality control alert resolution, data entry into SimpleBills invoice processing system, generating client reports, resolving client inquiries, and assisting with new client implementations PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES As a Quality Assurance Associate Primary responsibility is to support the SimpleBills Invoice Processing service by performing general duties including but not limited to quality control alert resolution, data entry into SimpleBills invoice processing system, generating client reports, resolving client inquiries, and assisting with new client implementations REQUIRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES

  • High school diploma or equivalent required; some college level accounting preferred
  • Minimum 1 year experience in General Accounting functions (including Accounts Payable)
  • Excellent customer service skills and telephone etiquette
  • Strong organizational ability
  • Able to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
  • Detail orientated
  • Proficient knowledge of MS Word and Excel
  • General offices skills such as data processing, filing, emailing and faxing
  • Excellent language and communication skills (written and verbal)
  • Must be able to work well with individuals at all levels in and out of the organization
  • Ability to appropriately manage confidential information is extremely important
  • Excellent problem solving skills
  • Able to sit or stand for frequent periods in the same location with some opportunity to move about
  • learn new processes and tools in a fast paced environment
  • Able to stoop or lift light material (typically less than 8 pounds)
  • Overtime may be required in order to meet deadlines
PREFERRED KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS/ABILITIES
  • Minimum 1 year experience in Invoice Processing Department preferred
  • Knowledge of basic financial reporting operations highly preferred
  • General understanding of spreadsheets & database applications
  • Multi-family experience highly preferred
