QA Experience : Minimum 2 years
Education : Graduates only
Salary : Up to 42000 CTC
Preferred Background: Experience in BPO, specifically in insurance sales (health or life insurance)
Responsibilities:
- Monitor and evaluate the quality of calls
- Provide constructive feedback to agents to enhance performance
- Ensure strict adherence to company standards and compliance regulations
If you have a background in BPO, particularly in insurance sales, and possess the required experience in quality analysis, this role could be a perfect fit for it
