By fostering a culture of collaboration, transparency, and ethical responsibility, the QA team plays a crucial role in maintaining Tide's reputation as a trustworthy and customer-centric financial platform.ABOUT THE ROLE

  • Monthly QA review of KYC tickets (manual, post and auto-onboarding KYC)
  • Proposes improvement of existing processes
  • Ensures compliance with all policies and procedures containing internal processes, rules and articles concerning onboarding and post-onboarding regulatory obligations
  • Assists in the preparation of new procedures and the improvement of existing ones, to ensure performance improvement
  • Controls the implementation of new procedures via timed reporting
  • Ensures the accurate fulfilment of KYC analyst duties and provides feedback to management in the KYC Department to ensure compliance with the established standards of quality and productivity in processing customer data
  • Proposes improvements to the employer's internal systems and platforms that would facilitate the work of all operational analysts, as well as other suggestions for optimisation purposes
  • Informs his/her line manager in a timely manner about problems/risks related to the proper function of the KYC Department
  • Immediately informs his/her line manager of any violation performed or identified by him/her, related to personal data of clients and/or potential clients of the employer or its counterparties. Maintains confidentiality of internal performance information made known to him/her
  • Performs other duties assigned to him/her by the management of the company or his/her line manager
WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
  • KYC Expertise: In-depth knowledge of FinTech KYC processes, AML (Anti-Money Laundering) regulations, and compliance requirements (location-based)
  • Quality Assurance Methodologies and Risk Assessment.
  • Skills: Analytical skills, attention to detail, ethical and trustworthy, proactive, resilient, team player.
  • Must maintain clear and concise communication skills for reporting findings and collaborating with stakeholders in English language
  • Ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams and provide constructive feedback
  • Experience with tools and software for creating detailed reports and dashboards (e.g., Google Sheets, BI tools) and KYC CRMs.
