This Quality Assurance Administrator (QAA) position in HR Service and Process Managementwill be responsible for evaluating, monitoring, assessing and/or reviewing programs, processes, documentation and/or files to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations. The functions may include evaluating processes to ensure business standards are followed providing guidance regarding documentation requirements, systems and/or processes to ensure company standards are met. They will ensures corrective action on exceptions and problems identified, required data is input and proper procedures were followed. The QAA will identify risks and problem areas and recommends standards, policies, and procedures to correct deficiencies and improve performance. In this role, you will: Monitor and evaluate the quality checks /reviews and ensuring control procedures are followed identify, research, resolve and report all discrepancies related to claims, procedural issues, and quality data transmissions across systems etc. Examining and analyzing programs, processes, documentation and/or files of unusual, complex and/or higher risk transactions to ensure compliance with internal company requirements and/or agency or government regulations. Document quality issues and performance measures for management review Oversee a group of service monitors Provide information and assists in the feedback and formal education process of other staff Work closely with both internal and external customers to meet their service needs Act as a subject matter expertise Provide information and assist in the feedback and education to staff Required Qualifications, US: 2+ years of Quality Assurance, or equivalent demonstrated through one or a combination of the following: work experience, training, military experience, education Desired Qualifications: Intermediate Microsoft Office skills Strong analytical skills with high attention to detail and accuracy Experience thinking outside the box to solve problems and using various problem solving techniques Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills Prior experience creating dashboard and reports using tools such as Tableau or Power BI Previous experience conducting Quality Assurance Audits General knowledge and experience with using SharePoint for uploading and editing documents Basic knowledge of quality tools (Pareto Chart, control charts, histogram, and cause and effect diagrams).
