? Verification and analysis of customer end rejection/rework.
? Review and resolve Final/Pre-dispatch quality issues.
? Attend and resolve customer complaints by taking effective corrective action.
? Taking corrective action on customer return PPM.
? Interaction with customer for quality complaints and their expectations.
