Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role as a Training and Quality Manager. The Training and Quality Manager will be responsible for developing and implementing training programs for employees, monitoring and maintaining quality standards, conducting performance evaluations, and identifying areas for improvement. The role requires strong leadership skills, the ability to analyze and evaluate processes, and effective communication with team members and stakeholders.

• Proven experience in training and quality management
• Strong knowledge of insurance industry regulations and best practices
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to develop and implement training programs
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work well in a team and collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Attention to detail and ability to maintain quality standards
• Proficiency in MS Office and other relevant software
• Relevant certifications or qualifications in training and quality management
• Bachelor's degree in a related field
• Experience in the insurance healthcare industry is a plus
Candidate must have experience in Training and Quality (Call center)
