  • Strong functional knowledge of Six Sigma, Statistical tools, Quality & Process re-engineering
\xc2\xb7 Exposure to ISO, CMMi or COPC will be added advantage\xc2\xb7 Consulting experience in Shared Services Set up/BPO space is desirable\xc2\xb7 Responsible for driving quality initiatives for Wipro / Client Accounts.\xc2\xb7 Working with dispersed cross functional teams on organizational process (re)- design or industry specific business processes\xc2\xb7 Leverage business optimization & innovation tools & application for process re-engineering\xc2\xb7 Benchmarking processes, Mgmt dashboard set up & building the best practices repository.\xc2\xb7 Change planning and management for deployment of re-designed processes and best practices for large teams without reporting relationship\xc2\xb7 Facilitating workshops, remote groups and leading process diagnostic for articulation of process issues and solution formulationAny Other RemarksContent Moderation
