Position Summary: The Quality and Compliance Officer at RoadMate will be responsible for ensuring that all services and products meet the highest standards of quality and compliance. This role requires a meticulous individual with a strong background in quality assurance, regulatory compliance, and a keen understanding of the automotive industry. The Quality and Compliance Officer will work closely with various departments to implement quality control processes, ensure regulatory adherence, and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
Key Responsibilities:
1)Quality Assurance:
• Develop, implement, and maintain quality assurance protocols and procedures for automotive services and products.
• Conduct regular quality audits and inspections to ensure compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Identify areas for improvement and implement corrective actions to enhance service and product quality.
2)Regulatory Compliance:
• Stay updated on relevant automotive industry regulations and standards.
• Ensure all products and services comply with local, national, and international regulations.
• Liaise with regulatory bodies and certification organizations as needed.
3) Continuous Improvement:
• Participate in initiatives to continuously improve service and product quality.
• Analyze data and feedback to identify trends and areas for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement best practices and innovative solutions.
4) Customer Satisfaction:
• Monitor customer feedback and address quality-related issues promptly.
• Develop and maintain a robust system for handling customer complaints and ensuring resolution.
• Strive to exceed customer expectations by delivering exceptional quality and service.
5) Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of quality assurance activities, audits, and compliance documentation.
• Prepare and present reports on quality metrics, compliance status, and improvement initiatives to management.
Qualifications:
• Bachelor's degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in quality assurance and compliance, preferably in the automotive industry.
• Strong knowledge of automotive industry standards and regulations.
• Experience in leading or participating in quality improvement initiatives.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficiency in quality management software and tools.
