The Quality and Compliance Manager is responsible for ensuring that our products and services
meet all necessary requirements before they reach the consumer. This role will develop, implement,
and maintain quality assurance and control systems, and ensure compliance with all relevant
regulations and standards. The ideal candidate will have a keen eye for detail and a solid
understanding of quality control procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures.
• Hands on Exp about \xe2\x80\x93 ISO 9001: Quality Management System (QMS).
• Monitor and ensure compliance with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines.
• Conduct internal audits and inspections to ensure compliance with internal policies and
  regulatory requirements.
• Train and mentor staff on quality standards and compliance requirements.
• Manage and resolve quality issues in a timely manner.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement in quality and
  compliance processes.
• Maintain accurate records of quality audits, inspections, and compliance activities.
• Stay updated with industry best practices and regulatory changes

Qualifications:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s degree in Quality Management, Engineering, Business Administration, or a
  related field.
• Proven experience as a Quality Manager, Compliance Manager, or a similar role.
• Strong knowledge of quality assurance and compliance methodologies.
• Familiarity with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Strong organizational and leadership abilities.
• Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to excellence.
• Experience in Edtech companies will added advantages.

Preferred Qualifications:

• Master\xe2\x80\x99s degree in a related field.
• Professional certification in Quality Management (e.g., Six Sigma, CQE).
