Work Days: Monday - Friday
Work Timings: 10:30 AM - 7:30 PM
Salary: As per Industry Standards
Educational Qualifications:
- Graduate - Computer Science or related field
- Postgraduate - Computer Science or related field
- Specialization/ Computers/ MCA - Computers/ M.Sc - Any Specialization.
Role Overview:
As a Quality Analyst in our e-learning company, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our digital learning solutions. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify, report, and track defects, ensuring that our products meet the highest standards of excellence.
Required Role Attributes:
- Diligence in identifying and documenting software defects and issues.
- Effective communication skills to report findings and work collaboratively with development teams.
- Detail-oriented approach to creating, executing, and maintaining comprehensive test cases.
- Ability to work within project deadlines and adapt to changing requirements.
Required Skills:
- Proficiency in manual software testing methodologies and techniques.
- Familiarity with bug tracking tools and processes.
- Ability to maintain documents such as bug tracking and testing process documents.
- Basic understanding of quality assurance principles.
- Strong analytical skills to troubleshoot and diagnose software issues.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Additional Skills:
- Knowledge of automated testing tools and techniques.
- Understanding of e-learning platforms and educational technologies.
- Experience with version control systems and continuous integration processes.
