Job Description

We are seeking a meticulous and analytical Quality Analyst with 2 years of experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for ensuring the quality and reliability of our products and services through rigorous testing and analysis. This role demands strong attention to detail, problem-solving skills, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:

- Test Planning: Develop and implement comprehensive test plans, test cases, and test scripts based on product requirements and specifications.

- Quality Testing: Perform manual and automated tests to ensure product functionality, performance, and reliability meet the established standards.

- Defect Identification: Identify, document, and track defects using issue tracking software, and collaborate with development teams to resolve them efficiently.

- Data Analysis: Analyze test results to identify patterns, trends, and root causes of defects, providing actionable insights for continuous improvement.

- Compliance: Ensure products comply with company standards, industry regulations, and customer requirements.

- Reporting: Prepare and present detailed reports on test findings, defect metrics, and quality trends to stakeholders.

- Collaboration: Work closely with product development, engineering, and customer support teams to ensure seamless integration and high-quality product delivery.

- Continuous Improvement: Recommend and implement process improvements to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the QA process.

Qualifications:

- Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or a related field.

- Experience: Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality assurance, testing, or a related role.

- Attributes: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with a commitment to quality.

- Skills:

- Proficiency in manual and automated testing tools and methodologies.

- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

- Experience with issue tracking software (e.g., JIRA).

- Knowledge of software development life cycle (SDLC) and QA best practices.

- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
