Job Description
Database Testing
- Design and execute test cases to verify the accuracy and functionality of database systems.
- Perform data validation, data integrity, and data migration testing.
- Identify, report, and track defects, and work closely with development teams to resolve them.
- Ensure the security and performance of database systems meet industry standards.
Experience
- 2.5 - 4 yrs
IoT Commands Knowledge
- Familiarity with IoT devices, protocols, and communication standards.
- Test IoT commands and interactions between devices and platforms.
- Troubleshoot IoT command issues and report defects.
- Collaborate with IoT development teams to improve product quality.
Manual Testing
- Execute manual test cases and scenarios to validate software functionality.
- Perform exploratory testing to discover defects and uncover usability issues.
- Document test plans, test cases, and test results.
- Contribute to the creation and maintenance of test documentation.
Automation
- While automation skills are not a primary requirement, a basic understanding of automation tools and scripting can be beneficial.
- Collaborate with the automation team to identify test cases suitable for automation.
