OG Web Solution is seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our team. As a Quality Analyst, you will be responsible for ensuring that all our software products and applications meet the highest standards of quality. You will work closely with developers, project managers, and other stakeholders to design, execute, and maintain manual and automated tests to ensure seamless functionality and user experience across our IT solutions.

• Create and implement detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for web applications and software products.
• Perform both manual and automated testing across various platforms and devices to ensure functionality, usability, and performance.
• Identify, document, and track defects using a bug-tracking system (JIRA, Trello, etc.).
• Communicate effectively with developers to resolve issues and validate bug fixes.
• Ensure the application meets the desired quality standards before release.
• Develop, maintain, and execute automated test scripts using test automation tools like Selenium, TestNG, or similar technologies.
• Maintain detailed documentation of test cases, test results, and defect logs.

Required Skills :

• Strong understanding of software testing methodologies, including unit testing, integration testing, functional testing, and user acceptance testing (UAT).
• Proficiency in automation tools (e.g., Selenium, JUnit, TestNG).
• Familiarity with web technologies like HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and databases (SQL).
• Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Attention to detail and a methodical approach to testing.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report issues and collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?45,000.00 - ?49,000.00 per month
