What you will do:

- Monitor, analyze, audit, and assess the quality of inbound, and outbound calls, and video consultations of service providers

- Prepare and present statistical data to identify the issues in performance

- Offer solutions and suggestions for process improvement

- Maintain confidentiality regarding performances and results

- Conduct one on one feedback sessions with service providers

What we are looking for:

- Any Bachelor\'s or Master\'s degree

- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite, Google sheets, and Google forms

- Excellent communication, listening, and observation skills

- Two to three years of experience in audit and quality assurance

Location: Indiranagar, Bangalore (6 days in-office)
