Job Summary:

We, at Resolute Solutions (https://www.resolutesolutions.in), are seeking a Software Quality Analyst to join our company. We are based in Surat, Gujarat and have been functioning for more than 10 years.

Responsibilities:

Develop and execute test plans, test cases, and test scripts for software applications.

Perform functional, regression, and performance testing to ensure software quality

Identify, document, and track software defects and inconsistencies.

Work closely with developers to understand software requirements and provide feedback on design and usability.

Participate in requirement and design reviews to provide input on functional requirements, product designs, schedules, or potential issues.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless integration of new features.

Conduct root cause analysis of identified defects and recommend process improvements.

Maintain and update test documentation and ensure compliance with industry standards.

Assist in the continuous improvement of QA processes and methodologies.

Requirements and skills:

• Knowledge of how to interact with RESTful APIs and formats (JSON, XML)
• Ability to build themes and plugins using WordPress standards and best practices

Develop custom WordPress code

Oversee technical aspects of the CMS and server-side configurations for optimal performance

Experience working with debugging tools like Firebug, Chrome inspector, etc.

Excellent in English communications

Attention to detail and ability to QA your work

Qualifications and Skills:

1+ year of working experience in Software Quality Analyst

Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies

Familiarity with performance and load testing tools.

Completed Bachelors/Masters Degree (BE/B.Tech, BSc., BCA, MSc., MCA)
