QUALITY ASSURANCE-REGULATORY OFFICER Required Exp. \xe2\x80\x93 1yrs + (Freshers can also apply) Bachelor\'s degree/ Master\xe2\x80\x99s in Food Science, Food Technology, or a related field. Proven experience in quality assurance and regulatory compliance within the food industry. In-depth knowledge of food safety standards and regulations of India and international countries. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high-quality standards. Responsibilities: This position will be responsible for ensuring that our products meet and exceed quality standards and comply with all relevant regulations and standards:

- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product labels and marketing materials comply with regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with and provide guidance to cross-functional partners for project teams, including commercial marketing, legal, and product development.
- Monitor the regulatory environment and watch for trends in local and international spheres for the product category and topic area that impact on our products and business; implement changes where the chance for optimization within the compliance period.
- Contribute effectively to the foundation of the Regulatory team by maintaining compliance tools, updating policies and procedures, and striving for continuous improvement to enable products to get to market quickly. Ensure optimal use in sharing of available regulatory know-how (knowledge management) through development and maintain a strong regulatory and scientific affairs network and provision of training.
- Familiar with Quality and Food Safety Management systems.
- Conduct regular inspections and audits to identify and address potential quality & regulatory compliance issues. Experience required in FSSAI audit, international audits, ISO 22000:2018, ISO 9000: 2015 etc.
- Collaborate with other departments to ensure a unified approach to quality and compliance throughout the organization.
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records related to quality assurance and regulatory compliance activities.
- Prepare and submit reports to regulatory agencies as required.
- Provide training to employees on quality assurance protocols and regulatory compliance requirements.
- Identify opportunities for process improvements in quality assurance and regulatory compliance with help of SOPs and flowcharts.
