Job Description

3.1 Familiarizing yourself with all products and services offered by our company.

3.2 Responsible for Sending assigned direct mailer campaigns through LinkedIn or emails to targeted customers.

3.3 Responsible for conducting outbound calls to all targeted customers sent with direct mailer campaigns

3.4 Responsible for making outbound cold calls from data funnel & generating revenue

3.5 Responsible for identifying the lead generation sources to increase the data funnel.

3.6 Responsible for generating leads from other competitors' platforms and target sources

3.7 Responsible for identifying alternate channels for lead generation

3.8 Responsible for generating leads from cross-selling campaigns

3.9 Responsible for Initiating sales through potential customers over the phone

3.10 Identifies needs and requirements of clients and present potential Premier Medical Education products that can upscale their carrier excellence

3.11 Should Coordinate and seeks approval of S&M Manager in providing for other offers and product compliments.

3.12 Responsible for Facilitating the Payment link, payment terms, and delivery procedure/schedule, which

may include liaising with the Operations team to check on the availability of products, library, and features.

3.13 Should ensure accurate Sales Requisition to avoid an error for opted courses, products, approved payment, and features.

3.14 Should Ensure and coordinates that course delivery procedure is as per agreed conditions of the purchase closure with regards to product features, study materials, library subscription, price, etc.

3.15 Responsible for reaching out to existing and potential customers to present our product and exciting offers.

3.16 Using the data provided by field representatives and sales coordinators to pursue promising leads with persuasion & persistence.

3.17 Responsible for Converting the difficult leads into customers.

3.18 Should Communicate with customers effectively to understand their requirements and need.

3.19 Responsible to cross-sell the products to existing customers.

3.20 Providing brand recognition by leaving buyers & potential buyers with an excellent impression of the StudyMEDIC brand through effective customer relations empathy and effective communication skills.

3.21 Should Keep, maintain & update our database on a regular basis with funnel addition activity.

3.22 Should have the Ability and willingness to learn about products and services specifications and benefits.

3.23 Should have great interpersonal, communication, presentation, negotiation,and convincing skills.

3.24 Create and update activity reports, the reports cover the number of calls, leads, customers, sales, and other vital statistics that can help increase revenue and volume.

3.25 Should have the Ability to close a sale over the phone by introducing Primer Medical Education products and courses to existing and new clients.

3.26 Responsible for following the instruction assigned by the Line Manager for the smooth operation of StudyMEDIC.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?12,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
