Broad Function:




We are Seeking a Quadient Developer who will be involved in solving their business problems & design & develop Quadient workflows, you should be able to setup templates in the most optimized way using Quadient Designer features including display rules, repeating blocks, functions, section, first-match, etc.


You should be able to navigate through complex/nested JSON/XML structure, Line Data, Multiple Input files as that would be needed while using the Master template variables on Interactive Panel to locate desired variables (especially within Array). Roles and Responsibilities:

• Performs design and development of applications on complex projects utilizing both packaged software applications (Quadient Inspire) and custom-built applications.
• Develop and design the Inspire designer workflow to be ready for print production with desired business rules.
• Use of Complex data types (XML, multi-line, line-data, variable data record formats) and assist with data file analysis.
• Collaborate with KAM or Project Manager's to understand project requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Quadient Designer, Content Manager (ICM)
• Customize and enhance the Designer workflows to meet specific business needs, ensuring seamless operation and adherence to industry standards.
• Implement best practices in document design and development to ensure the efficiency, accuracy, and scalability of solutions.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to Quadient implementations, providing timely resolutions and optimizations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams including developers, designers, and business analysts to deliver high-quality solutions on schedule.
• Assist in resolving internal/external inquiries related to input/output requirements, intended usage, strategic planning, and alignment of these elements to internal checks, controls, and quality assurance.
• Participate in team efforts to standardize process.

### Requirements

Key skills & Desired Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Information Technology, or related field.
• Solid understanding of document management systems, Print Production, workflow automation, and enterprise software development lifecycle.
• 3-5 years of hands-on experience with Quadient Designer and Inspire Content Manager, with additional experience in Inspire Automation, Scaler, and Interactive considered a plus.
• Proficiency in programming languages such as C, C#, Java, groovy or similar languages used in Designer and Automation/Scaler scripting.
• Effective communication skills with the ability to collaborate across teams and communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Knowledge of industry-specific compliance and regulatory requirements related to document management
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Certification in Quadient technologies or related areas is a plus.
• Must have knowledge of QA process.
• Should be able to create technical documentation.
• Should have worked on PM tools like JIRA, Slack, Teams etc.
