Qualifications and Skills

• Good communication skills to liaise with stakeholders and present cost estimates effectively.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Office for accurate data analysis and project reporting.
• Experience in quantity surveying for residential, commercial, and high-rise buildings.
• Excellent knowledge of cost estimation, budgeting, and procurement processes in Real Estate projects.
• Bachelor's degree is mandatory

Roles and Responsibilities

• Conducting cost estimation, quantity takeoffs, and bill of quantities for residential, commercial, and high-rise projects.
• Evaluating and negotiating contractor bids and ensuring cost-effective project delivery.
• Performing cost control, monitoring expenses, and preparing project financial reports.
• Collaborating with architects, engineers, and clients to ensure project requirements are met within budget constraints.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
