About the role:


We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Quality Management System (QMS) Administrator with 7 to 8 years of experience, specializing in ISO 9001:2015 standards. The QMS Administrator will be responsible for ensuring the effectiveness of our Quality Management System, driving continuous improvement, and maintaining compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements### Requirements

QMS Implementation and Maintenance:

• Lead the development, implementation, and maintenance of the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Ensure all QMS documentation, including policies, procedures, and work instructions, are current and reflect best practices.

Documentation Control:

• Oversee the document control process, ensuring all documents are reviewed, approved, and distributed appropriately.
• Maintain comprehensive records of document changes and manage the removal of obsolete documents from circulation.

Training and Development:

• Develop and deliver training programs to educate employees on QMS processes and ISO 9001:2015 requirements.
• Serve as a subject matter expert on QMS and provide ongoing support and guidance to staff.



Continuous Improvement:

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement by facilitating problem-solving and root cause analysis activities.
• Analyze QMS performance metrics and lead initiatives to drive process improvements.



Risk Management:

• Identify and assess risks related to quality management and implement effective risk mitigation strategies.
• Monitor the effectiveness of risk management activities and update risk assessments as necessary.



Customer Focus:

• Ensure customer requirements and feedback are integrated into the QMS.
• Address customer complaints promptly and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.



Management Review:

• Prepare detailed reports and presentations for management review meetings.
• Provide insights and recommendations to senior management based on QMS performance data and audit results.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in computer engineering related fields.
• Experience: 7 to 8 years of experience in quality management, with a strong focus on ISO 9001:2015 standards.
• Certification: ISO 9001:2015 Lead Auditor certification is preferred.
• Knowledge of Quality Standards: In-depth understanding of ISO 9001:2015 and other relevant quality standards.
• Analytical Skills: Proven ability to analyze data and metrics to identify trends and drive improvements.
• Attention to Detail: Ensures accuracy and thoroughness in documentation and processes.
• Communication Skills: Excellent communication skills to train employees, interact with auditors, and report to management.
• Problem-Solving Skills: Strong problem-solving skills to address quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Project Management: Demonstrated ability to manage projects and coordinate multiple tasks and responsibilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience with quality management software tools.
• Familiarity with risk management principles and techniques.
• Expert level knowledge in tools like Notion, MS Word, MS Visio, MS PowerPoint etc.
• Six Sigma or Lean Manufacturing certification is a plus.
• Proven track record of implementing successful quality initiatives that drive business results
