Review the HLD/ LLD design documents created by the architect to ensure high maintainability, if required.

Provide support to team manager and other relevant stakeholders during new opportunity assessment/pursuit.
Conduct workshops at client site to assist in sales support, if required.
Provide inputs/ define solution and share it with the lead administrator to seek review inputs on the same.
Conduct demos of product/ solution to the customer, if required.

Provide guidance to the team to create and update knowledge articles (industry Point of View, Case studies, lessons learnt document etc) in the knowledge management repository.
Create knowledge articles on the workaround solutions.
Maintain knowledge management database.

Conduct training / certifications with the help of academy and mentoring with respect to product and domain skills on projects.
Build internal capability on system management.
Conduct technical, face to face interviews with candidates and support recruitment process.
Conduct assessments on existing employees as required by the practice.
