Learn more at , X or .The Business Intelligence Data Analyst role requires an individual with strong skills in working with large data sets which require analysis to help drive to various conclusions for our clients. A strong background in business intelligence platform development, particularly Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud and data analytics is required to support the continued development and support of a custom centralized analytics solutionKey ResponsibilitiesThe successful candidate will be able to demonstrate core competencies in the following areas: \xe2\x80\xa2 Conduct data analysis, align or establish relationships across disparate data sets. \xe2\x80\xa2 Interpret data, discuss and refine business requirements and produce design and implementation specifications. \xe2\x80\xa2 Analyze requirements to be able to determine and recommend appropriate solutions for business problems \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrates critical thinking by reviewing numbers and calculations, data trends and driving to conclusions across data sets \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with business unit personnel to present findings or translate data to understandable solutions for clients. \xe2\x80\xa2 Work closely with internal business analysts to: o Create Qlik scripting language for dashboard development, customization of existing scripts, development of new scripts, KPI calculation, etc. \xe2\x80\xa2 This includes ETL and load scripts \xe2\x80\xa2 Basic Python/R integration \xe2\x80\xa2 API support in Qlik Sense \xe2\x80\xa2 HTML o Participate in an iterative development process o Define data relationships (data modeling) o Manage and monitor the ongoing client data imports for client solutions \xe2\x80\xa2 Fix defects identified by business or client community \xe2\x80\xa2 Develop enhancements such that they can be utilized by one-to-many clients \xe2\x80\xa2 Quality Assurance TestingAdditional InformationThe successful candidate will possess the following required degrees, certificates or competencies: \xe2\x80\xa2 Must have experience in data modeling and analysis \xe2\x80\xa2 A minimum of 5-7 years related work experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong analytical skills with the ability to collect, organize, analyze, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong verbal and written communication skills \xe2\x80\xa2 An analytical mind and inclination for problem solving \xe2\x80\xa2 Demonstrate strong Business Intelligence solution experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Strong Qlik Sense or Qlik Cloud Business Intelligence software platform experience \xe2\x80\xa2 Ability to conduct business analysis and requirements gathering with key stakeholder role
