Job Title : QHSE Executive

: We are seeking a dynamic and experienced QHSE Executive to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of Quality, Health, Safety, and Environment (QHSE) management within our catering operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement QHSE policies, procedures, and programs to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and industry best practices.
• Conduct regular inspections and audits of food preparation, storage, and service areas to ensure adherence to quality and safety standards.
• Provide training and guidance to staff on QHSE policies, procedures, and practices.
• Investigate accidents, incidents,and implement corrective actions to prevent recurrence.
• Monitor and analyze QHSE performance metrics, and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement in QHSE performance.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to QHSE.
• Prepare and submit reports to management, regulatory agencies, and other stakeholders as required.
• Act as a liaison with external auditors, inspectors, and certification bodies.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Food Science, Environmental Health, Occupational Safety, or a related field.
• Minimum 3 to 5 years of experience in QHSE management, preferably in the catering or food service industry.
• Knowledge of relevant regulations and standards, such as HACCP, FDA, OSHA, and ISO.
• Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to effectively train and motivate staff.
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.
• Detail-oriented, with a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
• Certification in QHSE-related disciplines is preferred.
