Description:Our Quality Engineering (QE) team is looking for a QE Performance Test Engineer. The role requires adynamic agile engineering mindset, patience, and persistence to solve complex problems, ability to get
things done quickly but thoughtfully, and strong engineering skills.
As a Performance Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the optimal and reliable performance
of industrial systems and applications. You will be responsible for evaluating, testing, and optimizing the
performance of our solutions at scale, ensuring seamless operation and responsiveness under various
conditions. Collaborating with cross-functional teams, you will identify and address performance
bottlenecks, contribute to the optimization of systems, and play a key role in delivering highperformance
software solutions.Requirements:Experience : 5+ YearsQualifications & Must Have Skills:

• Bachelor\xe2\x80\x99s or Master\xe2\x80\x99s Degree in Computer Science or any equivalent Engineering is required.
• 6 or more years of experience in a comparable or similar role.
• Performance Testing:

\xef\x83\x98 Proficiency in using tools such as JMeter, LoadRunner, Gatling or similar tools for load testing,
stress testing, performance Monitoring & Profiling.
\xef\x83\x98 Ability to analyze test results and identify performance bottlenecks.
\xef\x83\x98 Experience with APM (Application Performance Monitoring) tools like New Relic or
AppDynamics.
\xef\x83\x98 Monitoring and logging tools like Prometheus, Grafana, ELK stack (Elasticsearch, Logstash,
Kibana), or Splunk. * Scripting & Automation:\xef\x83\x98 Strong scripting skills in languages like Python, Bash, or PowerShell for automating performance
test scenarios, data generation, and result analysis.
\xef\x83\x98 Understanding of RESTful APIs and how to interact with them programmatically.
\xef\x83\x98 Experience with relational & non-relational databases for test data preparation. * System Administration and Networking:\xef\x83\x98 Knowledge of Linux/Unix OS.
\xef\x83\x98 Networking concepts including TCP/IP, DNS, HTTP/HTTPS, etc.
\xef\x83\x98 System-level troubleshooting and debugging skills.
\xef\x83\x98 Understanding of networking protocols, HTTP, TCP/IP, DNS, and ability to analyze network
performance using tools like Wireshark or tcpdump. * Strong Analytical Skills & ability to analyze performance test results, identify performancebottlenecks, memory leaks, and scalability issues. Proficiency in troubleshooting and performing
root cause analysis of performance issues across various layers of the application stack (e.g.,
frontend, backend, database). * Ability to collaborate effectively with developers, architects, and other stakeholders to implementperformance improvements and optimize system performance. * Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, andmeet tight deadlines.Job Responsibilities:

• Performance Testing: Plan, design, and execute performance testing scenarios for distributed

applications and systems. Conduct load, stress, and scalability testing to identify and address
performance bottlenecks. * Monitoring and Analysis: Implement monitoring solutions to collect and analyze performancemetrics of system components. Diagnose and troubleshoot performance issues, providing detailed
root cause analysis. * Benchmarking: Develop and execute benchmark tests to compare the performance of differentmodules and components. Provide recommendations based on benchmark results to enhance
overall system efficiency. * Capacity Planning: Collaborate with cross-functional teams to forecast capacity requirements andplan for scalability. Recommend infrastructure improvements and optimizations to meet future
performance needs. * Performance Tuning: Work closely with development and infrastructure teams to fine-tune andoptimize enterprise applications for better performance. Implement code and configuration changes
