Qc School Books (publishing)
Job Description
:
• Minimum of 2 years of experience as a quality controller in e-publishing
• Should have strong knowledge in typesetting terminologies, proof markings, quality concepts, typography, and typesetting standards
• Should have worked as a quality controller for STEM, higher education projects such as Pearson, Wiley, OUP, Cengage, McMillan, etc.
• Must be proficient in Adobe Acrobat and MS Office
• Should have good communication and analytical skills
• Checking the style and layout of the proofs against the sample and cross-checking the corrections
• Should be capable of checking samples against the specification, PDF sample, hardcopy, etc.
• Should be good at deconstructing mathematical equations.
Qualification:
• Any graduate or relevant education
• Compulsory knowledge of in MS Office tools like Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Adobe Acrobat
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?25,000.00 per month
Jadwal:
• Day shift
• Monday to Friday
