Job Overview :

We are looking for a Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team in Trivandrum . The ideal candidate should have 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in the manufacturing or construction industry. The role involves ensuring that products and materials meet the required quality standards and specifications.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct regular inspections of materials, products, and processes to ensure adherence to quality standards.
• Perform testing and analysis of raw materials and finished products.
• Review and interpret drawings , specifications, and quality standards to ensure compliance.
• Document and report any quality issues and non-conformities , and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Collaborate with production teams to improve quality control procedures .
• Assist in developing and maintaining quality control processes and standards.
• Perform visual and physical inspections, including dimensional checks and surface quality assessments .
• Assist in maintaining quality records and audit trails .
• Support the team in root cause analysis and problem-solving efforts to address quality issues.

Key Requirements :

• Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or construction.
• Knowledge of quality control techniques and standards.
• Experience with measurement tools (e.g., micrometers, calipers, and gauges).
• Familiarity with ISO standards and quality control documentation .
• Good understanding of quality management systems .
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to detect quality issues.
• Strong communication skills to effectively report findings and collaborate with teams.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.

Preferred Qualifications :

• Degree or diploma in Engineering or related field (Mechanical, Civil, etc.).
• Knowledge of QC software and tools.
• Familiarity with statistical process control (SPC) and other quality methodologies.
