Qc Inspector
Job Description
• Inspecting raw materials : Before production begins, inspectors check fabrics for defects, ensure color dye lots are correct, and test for fabric strength and shrinkage.
• Monitoring operations : Inspectors monitor operations to ensure they meet production standards.
• Recommending adjustments : Inspectors recommend adjustments to the production or assembly process.
• Inspecting products : Inspectors inspect products at various stages of production or delivery to ensure they meet the desired level of quality.
• Operating equipment : Inspectors operate electronic inspection equipment and software.
• Measuring products : Inspectors use calipers, gauges, or micrometers to measure products.
