Job Summary:

We are seeking a qualified QC Engineer to join our team and ensure the highest quality standards in our fabrication processes. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in welding technology, NDT, and quality control procedures.

Responsibilities:

• Review and interpret engineering drawings and specifications to establish quality standards.
• Develop and implement quality control plans and procedures.
• Conduct thorough inspections of raw materials, work in progress, and finished products.
• Perform non-destructive testing (NDT) on fabricated components to verify quality and integrity.
• Prepare and maintain detailed inspection reports and documentation.
• Collaborate with production team to identify and implement process improvements.
• Conduct root cause analysis for quality issues and implement corrective actions.
• Ensure compliance with industry standards and regulatory requirements.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor of Technology (B.Tech.) degree in Mechanical Engineering or a closely related field.
• Minimum of [Number] years of experience in quality control within a manufacturing environment.
• Strong knowledge of welding processes, welding symbols, and NDT techniques (e.g., UT, RT, MT, PT).
• Proficient in reading and interpreting engineering drawings and specifications.
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
• Strong analytical and data analysis skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).

Pay: ?8,564.98 - ?45,540.43 per month
