Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Quality Control (QC) Inspector to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring our products meet the highest quality standards during in-process and final QC inspections. The QC Inspector will also coordinate with vendors to maintain production quality and assist with on-site inspections when necessary. Key Responsibilities: 1. Conduct in-process and final quality inspections for faucet parts and components. 2. Ensure all products meet internal and customer quality standards for both plated and raw finishes. 3. Accurately document inspection results, maintain QC reports, and update relevant records. 4. Coordinate with vendors to address quality issues and monitor production quality. 5. Visit vendor facilities as required to oversee production processes and ensure adherence to quality guidelines. 6. Work collaboratively with the production and QC teams to implement process improvements and address quality concerns. 7. Adapt to changes in work responsibilities or processes as required by the team or management. 8. Take ownership of additional duties and responsibilities assigned by management. Key Requirements: Diploma/Degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field. 2+ years of experience in quality control, preferably in manufacturing or the faucet/industrial components industry. Knowledge of plating and raw finish inspection standards is an advantage. Proficiency in using measurement tools such as calipers, micrometers, and gauges. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills. Excellent team player with a proactive attitude and openness to learning and adapting to changes. Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Willingness to travel locally for vendor visits.
