- Quality Inspections: Conduct thorough inspections of casting products to ensure they meet industry standards and specifications.
- Testing and Measurement: Use precision instruments and tools to test and measure product dimensions and quality.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate records of inspection results, non-conformance reports, and corrective actions.
- Problem Resolution: Identify and analyze quality issues, and collaborate with production teams to implement corrective measures.
- Compliance: Ensure all products comply with internal quality standards and external regulations.
- Reporting: Prepare detailed quality reports and communicate findings to management for continuous improvement.
- Proficiency in using measurement tools and inspection equipment.
- Strong understanding of quality control processes and standards.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
- Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Effective communication and documentation abilities.
