- Manage Quality Inspections: Oversee receiving, in-process, and final inspections to ensure product quality.
- Conduct Audits: Plan and execute internal and external quality audits to comply with industry standards.
- Coordinate with Departments: Work closely with other departments to address quality issues and improve processes.
- Implement QMS: Establish, implement, and maintain the Quality Management System (QMS) in line with company standards.
- Use QC Tools: Apply strong analytical and problem-solving skills using QC tools to manage quality control processes.
- Education: BE in Mechanical Engineering.
- Experience: 2 to 4 years of experience as a QC Incharge, preferably in the hardware or furniture fittings industry.
- Skills: Knowledge of ISO documentation, quality testing procedures, and shop floor management.
- Other: Strong analytical abilities and experience with quality management systems.
