QC Executive \xc3\x98 Key Responsibilities: Develop, implement, and maintain quality control processes and procedures. Monitor and enforce adherence to quality standards and regulatory requirements. Conduct regular inspections, tests, and audits to ensure product or service quality. Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, test results, and compliance documentation. Generate reports on quality performance and trends. Ensure all documentation is up-to-date and readily accessible. Identify and investigate product or service defects or deviations from standards. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to Analyze root causes and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs). Provide training to staff involved in quality control activities. Evaluate and monitor the quality of materials and components received from suppliers. Collaborate with suppliers to address quality issues and improve supplier performance. Manage customer feedback and complaints related to product or service quality.
