Job Description
: Quality Control Analyst
- Operate GC & HPLC machines and troubleshoot issues.
- Perform sampling, labeling, and analysis of RM, FG, and intermediates.
- Maintain analysis records, including moisture, KF, and titrations.
- Prepare samples, conduct titrations, and perform weight analysis.
- Generate and review COAs.
- Verify QC test results and ensure compliance with specifications.
- Work with ERP systems and maintain control samples.
- Check online product compliance during production/packing and address issues.
- Coordinate with external labs for testing and review reports.
- Calibrate lab instruments like pH meters and Karl Fischer Titrators.
- Prepare and standardize volumetric solutions.
- Maintain and inspect control sample storage periodically.
- Ensure analytical instruments and logbooks are updated and in working condition.

Pay: ?190,000.00 - ?250,000.00 per year
