Organization is leading Liquid Construction Chemical manufacturing Industry located at Shantipura Circle, Sarkhej, Ahmedabad.

The QC Executive is responsible for ensuring that all products and materials meet the required quality standards before they reach the market. This role involves overseeing the entire quality control process, conducting tests, documenting results, and implementing improvements within the liquid construction chemical industry.

Key Responsibilities:

• Quality Control Testing:
• Perform routine and non-routine testing of raw materials, in-process samples, and finished products.
• Utilize various testing methods such as titration, viscosity measurement, pH testing, and other chemical analysis techniques.
• Documentation and Reporting:
• Maintain accurate and detailed records of all testing procedures and results.
• Prepare and submit reports on product quality and compliance to the QC Manager.
• Ensure all documentation meets regulatory and company standards.
• Compliance and Standards:
• Ensure all products comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Stay updated with industry regulations and quality standards, implementing changes as needed.
• Process Improvement:
• Identify areas for improvement in the quality control processes.
• Implement corrective actions and preventive measures to enhance product quality.
• Coordination and Communication:
• Work closely with production, R&D, and procurement teams to ensure quality standards are met throughout the manufacturing process.
• Communicate any quality issues or concerns to relevant departments promptly.
• Equipment Maintenance:
• Ensure all QC equipment is calibrated and maintained regularly.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any equipment malfunctions or issues.
• Training and Development:
• Train junior staff and new employees on QC procedures and best practices.
• Keep up-to-date with advancements in QC techniques and technology.

Qualifications:

• Education: Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience: Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in quality control within the chemical industry, preferably in construction chemicals.
• Technical Skills: Proficient in using laboratory equipment and conducting chemical analyses.
• Knowledge: Understanding of industry standards, regulatory requirements, and quality management systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ?25,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
