EXPEL PROSYS PRIVATE LIMITED is fast growing MSME having multiple profiles of switchboard mfg. (Type Tested MV/LV & CRP panel).

Job Title: QC Engineer

Job Role:

Test Field Activities: -

• Performing routine testing of HT and LT Panels as per relevant IEC & IS standard and customer requirement in order to ensure the best quality product.
• Trouble shooting and solving the issues during routine testing of panels.
• Working as per LEAN principle and to suggest improvement to eliminate waste.
• Providing feedback to concerned execution engineer regarding drawing related issues.
• Good knowledge of EHS guideline to be followed during electrical / mechanical testing.

Customer Inspection: -

• Ensure readiness of the Panels before customer inspections
• Submission of compliance and incorporation of necessary changes suggested by customer during inspection and ensuring the same in the Panel before dispatch.
• Preparation and submission of inspection reports, MOM, Panel test reports, RTCs to the customer in addition with calibration report, bought out component TCs etc.

Experience: 01 to 05 Years (Knowledge and Experience in Electrical Panel Manufacturer, PCC, Panel, Busbar Fitter, MV Switchgear, LV Switchgear, HT Panels, LT Panels, Control Panel)

Location: SAVLI, MANJUSAR

Type of Job: Permanent / Fulltime

Qualification: BE /DIPLOMA-ELECTRICAL, ITI -ELECTRICAL/ELECTRICIAN / WIREMAN

Streams: Electrical Engineering

Salary per Month: As per company norms and Technical knowledge in Interview.
