Job Description
:
We are in search of a diligent and detail-oriented Quality Analyst to join our dairy farm team. As a Quality Analyst, you will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality standards of our dairy products. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure that our dairy products meet regulatory requirements and exceed customer expectations.
Responsibilities:
• Conduct regular quality inspections of dairy products including milk, cheese, yogurt, and butter to ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Perform sensory evaluations to assess the taste, texture, and aroma of dairy products.
• Monitor and maintain hygiene standards in all stages of dairy production, from milking to packaging.
• Collect samples for laboratory testing and analyze results to identify any deviations from quality standards.
• Conduct regular audits of equipment, facilities, and processes to identify areas for improvement and ensure compliance with quality standards.
Requirements:
• B.Sc degree
• Previous experience in dairy production, quality control, or related roles preferred.
• Knowledge of dairy processing techniques, quality standards, and regulations.
Job Types: Full-time, Permanent
Pay: ?20,000.00 - ?30,000.00 per month
