Job Description

i) Control & Inspection of day to day Marico packing process operation, Control sample collection, packing floor inspection, Daily FG audit.

ii) All type of packing samples, packaging material sampling & testing(Approved chemist of Marico for PM & Partially when major issue will come in PM than test performed

iii) Help in necessary documentation related to NABL & other audits.

iv) Shelf life sample pack detection and send to lab for QC analysis. v) Maintaining sample receiving register & seal details.

v) Agmark records monitoring.

vi) New vendor approval testing report

Vii) Monitoring & record Keeping all PM floor internal Balance Calibration

Viii) Preparing the report of change over, Hourly Jar & Pouch, As per SOP maintain the record of Rework tank from Quality(Hourly Jar, Pouch production, Change Over and Daily FG audit)

Desired Candidate Profile: Requirements for experience candidate:

1. Previous experience as a chemist

2. Hands on experience with spectrometry and chromatography instruments & techniques

3. Good knowledge of laboratory health and safety standards

4. Excellent analytical & research skills

5. Attentive

6. Female Candidates from Edible oil industry will be an added advantage.

Education:

B.Sc in Chemistry , MSC - Optional.

Exp Minimum: 5 yrs.

Pay: ?15,000.00 - ?20,000.00 per month
