We are part of Gannett - USA Today Network, which is one of the largest-selling newspapers in North America. REACHLOCAL India specializes in two major areas: Print and Digital advertising. Graphics, imaging, pagination, and layout of print advertisements. In terms of digital advertising, we provide SEM, SEO, and social media advertising.


Job Summary :



A Quality Assurance Analyst - SEO plays a specialized, individual contributor role in auditing campaigns on 2 focus areas: Quality of tasks delivered as per the SOP & required optimizations are done for the campaign. The objective of this role is to ensure not only the quality of tasks completed but also the overall performance quality delivered using industry best practices and new updates & trends. Currently, we manage over 800+ SEO campaigns for North America, ANZ and UK markets.



Roles & Responsibilities:



• Achieve daily review targets with accuracy.
• Identify gaps and area of opportunities in the process followed and suggest ways to fix them for improving campaign performance via various metric such as organic traffic, bounce rate and impressions.
• Give constructive feedback on errors marked and suggest ways of improvement.
• Document the feedback & analyze error trends for analysts; accordingly suggest refreshers for product training.
• Support trainees & bottom quartile analyst come up the learning curve and help them achieve productivity and quality targets.
• Work closely with Operations & Training teams to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Weekly, Monthly and Quarterly reporting to be completed in a timely manner.
• Participate and contribute to weekly calls with US team, operational team meets & training sessions.
• Complete ad hoc tasks and projects as needed.
• Ensure there is continuous Calibration sessions based on current process requirements.
• Keeps up with new SEO trends & Industry knowledge.


Eligibility Criteria:


• Seasoned professional with 5+ years of SEO experience.
• Must have excellent communication to share constructive feedback.
• Ability to create and give detailed QA presentations.
• A mature, independent, and multi-tasking individual desired.


Familiar with the below tools:



• CMS & CRM Tools: WordPress, Joomla, Drupal, Shopify, Salesforce, Wrike, etc.
• SEO Tools: SEMrush, AHREF, Screaming Frog, Google My Business, etc.
• Analytics & Reporting Tools: Google Analytics (Universal), Google Analytics 4 (GA4), Google Search Console, Google Data Studio, MS Office (Excel & PPT)
