You will work collaboratively across all departments of the organization and serve as a Change Agent, who analyses organizational structures and processes and identifies areas of improvement. You will design changes and support their implementation in alignment with the QARA strategy.You will:Support the Business Process Lifecycle (Design, Model, Execute, Monitor, and Optimize).Creation and maintenance of process documents.Central co-ordination of cross-functional process management projects.Conduct organization and process analysis together with subject matter experts.Support of Change and stakeholder management.Support the alignment of process and IT strategies.Create, coordinate, and perform process training.Take the next step towards your dream career.At Dedalus Life flows through our software. Heres what youll need to succeed:Essential RequirementsFamiliar with process management methodologies and practices (e.g. BPMN)Good understanding of processes and/or project management, plus a solid IT knowledge.Existing Process Management experience, regarding Process Design, Documentation, and Implementation, preferably in the field of Software Products.Solid regulatory knowledge of ISO9001, ISO13485, Software Lifecycle, Usability Engineering, Risk Management.Experience with large-scale organizational change projects and knowledge of change management principles and methodologies.Minimum 3 years of experience in a process management role, preferably in a regulated industry (such as medical device, pharmaceutical or related) - holding a position in process management, quality management, or quality assurance.Desirable RequirementsGood communicator with ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels to work towards a common vision to achieve goals.Strong analytical skills, highly organized, pragmatic, solution-oriented get-things-done mentality, keeping compliance in mind.Operational focus on progressing tasks in a continuous improvement framework.Ability to work independently towards overlapping deadlines.QMS tools (CAPA, regulatory clearances, KPIs) (Preferable)Language Skills: Mandatory: English (Proficient (C2)).
