Job Definition

Ensures quality standards in PEB projects by inspecting materials, monitoring fabrication and erection processes, and resolving quality issues to meet project specifications and compliance requirements.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement QA/QC procedures for PEB projects.
• Conduct material inspections and ensure compliance with specifications.
• Inspect fabrication and erection processes to identify defects.
• Verify welding, bolting, and painting meet project standards.
• Maintain QA/QC records, including test results and certifications.
• Prepare and submit quality compliance reports.
• Ensure adherence to codes like AISC, AWS, and IS standards.
• Coordinate with third-party inspectors and consultants.
• Identify non-conformances and implement corrective actions.
• Collaborate with production and site teams to resolve quality issues.

Requirements:

Education : Diploma/Degree in Civil/Mechanical Engineering.

Experience : 3+ years in QA/QC, preferably in PEB projects.

Skills :

• Knowledge of PEB processes and quality standards.
• Proficiency in inspection tools and QA documentation.
