Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop, implement, and maintain the organization's Quality Management System (QMS) to ensure compliance with industry standards e.g., ISO 22000.
• Ensuring Quality of Raw materials, Packaging materials and Finished Products as per the organization specifications
• Implementation of quality standards as per FSSAI norms
• Conduct internal audits to assess the effectiveness of the QMS and identify areas for improvement. Conducts internal audits and maintain documentation as per ISO 22000 and FSSAI certification
• Coordinate and facilitate external audits and certifications by regulatory agencies or certification bodies.
• Serve as the main contact person for all quality-related inquiries and issues within the organization.
• Monitor and analyze quality performance metrics to drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPAs) based on audit findings or quality issues.
• Train employees on quality standards, procedures, and documentation requirements.
• Prepare and maintain quality documentation, including quality manuals, procedures, work instructions, and records.
• Conducting periodic training on HACCP & GMP for food handlers and food safety team
• Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and standards relevant to the organization's products or services.

Participate in management review meetings to discuss quality objectives, performance, and improvement opportunities

Qualifications

? BE/B tech food technology or relevant courses

? Should have 6-10 experience in quality Assurance.

? Should have minimum 5yrs experience in Food Industry.

? Should have knowledge on Excel, MS Word and PowerPoint.

? Knowledge on ISO 22000 Quality Management system and documentation, FSSAI certification

? Knowledge on reporting process

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?55,000.00 - ?75,000.00 per month

Education:

• Bachelor's (Required)

Experience:

• Quality Assurance: 5 years (Required)
