Position Details:
Job Role: QA/QC Inspector

Experience Required : 8-10 Years

Location : Basra, Iraq

"MUST HAVE WORK EXPERIENCE IN OIL AND GAS PLANT"

:

• Conducting internal and external inspections on equipments, piping systems, pressure vessels and storage tanks according to API 570,510,653 ... etc., by assessing deterioration mechanisms investigation of failures to establish inspection frequencies and/or corrective actions to prevent recurrences.
• Perform project Inspection and Test Plan (ITP).
• Prepares preliminary reports and final reports on inspections and NDT results , highlighting any abnormalities and issue recommendations for action by relevant departments.
• Perform calculation for equipments as remaining life, corrosion rate and rerating assets.
• Responsible for incoming material inspection and compilation of test certificates and release of materials.
• Monitoring the repair activities as per company/international standards for their final acceptance after the required tests.
• Prepare NDT, welding, hydrotest ,etc.. Reports.
• Prepare & Update Weld History including NDT Status and review of the Weld history.
• Final Mechanical Completion Inspection & clearance prior to PWHT/Hydro test/ Leak test.
• Preparation of stage inspection reports and test pack along with the final product.
• Implementation of QA/QC activities including those of sub-contractors works in accordance with approved QCP /ITPs and Procedures, method statements and other contract documents.
• Initiate timely corrective action and preventive actions on NCR/CAPARs/customer complaints.
• Raising NCRs and supporting timely corrective action and preventive actions on NCR/CAPARs/customer complaints.
• Carry out assigned tasks and duties in a safe manner, in accordance with instructions, and to comply with safety procedures and regulations.
• To report any accident, near-miss or un-safe conditions to the line management.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?160,000.00 - ?200,000.00 per month
