Position: QA/QC Engineer

Location: Chikkamangaluru, Bangalore (Rural, Urban)

Job summary

We are seeking a detail-oriented QA/QC Engineer with expertise in Civil Engineering to ensure the quality and safety standards of our infrastructure projects, including roads, highways, railways, and irrigation systems.

Key Responsibilities

• Quality Assurance Planning : Develop and implement quality assurance plans for infrastructure projects, ensuring alignment with regulatory and safety standards.
• Inspection and Testing : Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials, procedures, and installations to ensure compliance with project specifications and international standards.
• Non-conformance Management : Identify and document non-conformances, and work with project teams to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Documentation and Reporting : Maintain detailed records of QA/QC activities, including test results and inspection reports, and prepare comprehensive quality reports for management.
• Collaboration with Project Teams : Work closely with project managers, engineers, and contractors to address quality issues and improve quality standards across project phases.
• Software Proficiency : Auto-CAD, MS-Office, Civil 3D

Key Requirements

• Experience : 4-8 years of experience in QA/QC roles within the road, highway, railway, or irrigation sectors.
• Education : Diploma in Civil Engineering or a relevant degree from a recognized institution.

Preferred Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge in quality management systems
• Experience in using quality management software

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?400,000.00 - ?700,000.00 per year
