Roles & Responsibilities :
• Assist in the implementation and monitoring of quality assurance and quality control processes to ensure product compliance with standards.
• Conduct routine inspections, sampling, and testing of raw materials, in-process, and finished products.
• Document and report any deviations or non-conformances, and assist in corrective action planning.
• Support the QA/QC Manager in maintaining the quality management system (QMS) and ensuring adherence to industry regulations.
• Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality-related issues promptly and efficiently.
• Ensure proper handling and storage of materials to prevent contamination and maintain product integrity.
• Participate in continuous improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and process efficiency.
Qualifications :
• Educational Background: B.Tech in Food Technology, B.Sc. in Food Technology, B.Sc. in Chemistry, Microbiology, or related fields.
• Experience in quality control or quality assurance, preferably in the food or hydrocolloid industry.
• Knowledge of quality management systems and industry standards ( ISO 22000-2018 ,FSSC ,FSSAI-Basic understanding ).
• Attention to detail, strong analytical skills, and effective communication abilities.
• Salary: Negotiable, based on experience and qualifications.
