Receive GRRs from stores with confirm receipt of material in the form of Packing list/challan for loose items and spares and with location Observe the offered GRR s material is ready to inspect ie boxes are opened by stores and material is arranged acc. to packing list/challan with proper identification of Mat. Code/ challan no/PO NO/GRR No. Inspect the material acc.to PO, Drawings, Technical specification and agreed QAP including loose items and spares if any Record all the observations in Inspection reports/Drawings/TSP/GRR/NA card for identification mark and enter short text in SAP wherever applicable. Inform the deviations in the form of NCR/Email to the Buyer under CC to the concern of actionable department representative. Wherever possible deviations can be informed directly to the supplier for getting immediate response and better understanding of the deviation to the supplier. All major deviations shall be recorded in the NCR in SAP Expertise you have to bring in along with; BE-Mechanical /BE-Production/DME with overall work experience of 5-7 years Experience with rotating equipment industry Knowledge of materials as per ASTM/ASME, DIN/IS their test requirements Hands on experience of use of measuring instruments and inspection We Offer We have a very free culture, inspiring employees to involve in various activities of their interests.
