We relentlessly innovate to make the prediction, prevention, and treatment of illness and disease more accessible to millions of people.Position Summary:Looking for an energetic, engaged individual who is well versed in all manners of Performance Testing in an Agile environment to drive Performance Validation and quality delivery for Evernorth program deliverables. This position is accountable for establishing performance engineering for various programs, driving execution, and enabling a high-impact QA engineering function. This role focuses on addressing the performance and security testing needs of Mdlive systems. Collaborates internally with key Technology Services teams and business functions to ensure initiatives are aligned with business and technical needs, well managed, and delivered on time with the required functionality. Involve supporting industry best practices such as a shift left modularized methods and metrics-driven approach. This position is expected to work in an agile and rapid-paced environment, meet tight deadlines, interact with all management levels, and be self-managed and motivated. & Responsibilities:

• Work with development and QA leaderships to assess testing needs and define a performance test strategy.
• Build and present performance testing roadmap.
• Experience defining high-level Performance test automation strategy based on the DevOps industry's best practices.
• Define and interpret application and infrastructure key performance indicators (KPIs) and monitoring tools in collaboration with delivery teams.
• Evaluate performance/resiliency testing tools and guide on leveraging such tools in an enterprise environment.
• Triage the cause of failed performance tests to lower the test failure occurrence rate.
• Enable developers to self-service early performance testing (shift-left).
• Ability to work independently to triage issues and prioritize tasks
• Develop reports and present to leadership on progress in performance test strategy.
• Lead Proof of Concepts (POCs), including working with application teams.
• Partner with application development and production support leaders.

• Extensive experience in performance testing and engineering across different deployment architecture (VM, OpenShift & AWS).
• Experience in Git based source control tools like GitLab/GitHub/Bitbucket
• Working experience with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools
• Must have 3+ years of hands-on Experience in a Performance testing tool preferable JMeter
• 2+ years of experience using any leading APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic & Splunk.
• 2+ years of experience in root cause analysis of performance issues and provide tuning
• 2+ years of hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
• 2+ years of experience with CI/CD tools - Jenkins, git.
• Working experience with JIRA/Zephyr or equivalent tools
• Any experience in resiliency testing, Automation & Observability will be a plus

• Healthcare domain knowledge would be a big plus
• AWS and Cucumber (BDD) experience
• Familiarity with reporting/testing tools like Browser Stack/ Report Portal.
• Hands-on experience in writing SQL queries
• Experience using any leading APM tools such as Dynatrace, New Relic & Splunk.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• Solid analytical skills, highly organized, self-motivated and a quick learner
• Strong Communications Skills
