You will play a pivotal role in ensuring the quality and reliability of our Salesforce applications, supporting both US and India-based teams. As a Functional QA Engineer, you will be responsible for executing comprehensive functional testing, leveraging your expertise in QA tools and scripting to deliver exceptional results.Responsibilities:

• Functional Testing:Conduct thorough functional testing to validate the accuracy, completeness, and performance of Salesforce applications.
• QA Tools Proficiency:Demonstrate deep knowledge and hands-on experience with prominent QA tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD, Provar, and others.
• Scripting Expertise: Write robust and efficient test scripts using scripting languages to automate testing processes and improve efficiency.
• Automation Framework: Design, develop, and maintain automation testing frameworks to streamline testing efforts and ensure test coverage.
• Data-Driven Testing: Implement data-driven testing strategies to enhance test coverage and reduce manual effort.
• Best Practices Adherence: Follow industry-standard QA best practices to deliver high-quality testing results.
• Collaboration:Collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams, including developers, product owners, and project managers, to ensure successful project delivery.
• Communication: Communicate effectively both verbally and in writing to provide clear and concise status updates, reports, and recommendations.
• Ownership: Take ownership of your work and follow through on commitments to drive project success.

• 5-8 years of experience in QA with a focus on functional testing.

• Proven expertise in QA tools such as Selenium, Cucumber, Rest Assured, BDD, Prover, and others.
• Strong scripting skills in languages like Java, Python, or similar.
• Experience in setting up and maintaining automation testing frameworks.
• Knowledge of data-driven testing and other QA best practices.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Problem-solving and analytical skills.
